Information Nudiya may use
Depending on the version of Nudiya and the features you choose to use, the app may process information such as your display name, account information made available through Sign in with Apple, a profile photo you select, and learning information such as completed lessons, XP, streaks, themes, goals, and preferences.
Learning progress and preferences
Nudiya stores information needed to provide the learning experience, including completed lessons, XP, streaks, study goals, theme selections, transliteration preferences, and related settings. Some information may be stored locally on your device. If cloud-sync features are enabled in a future or current version, the app may also store eligible progress data using Apple services so it can be restored or synchronized.
Sign in with Apple
If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide Nudiya with an account identifier and, depending on your Apple settings and what Apple makes available, your name or email address. Nudiya uses this information for account functionality, such as identifying your account and supporting account-related features.
Profile photos
If you choose to add a profile photo, Nudiya may request access to your camera or photo library. Access occurs only after you choose the relevant action. The selected image is used to display your profile photo inside Nudiya. You can remove it from the app at any time.
Notifications
Nudiya may request permission to send notifications for optional study reminders. You can change or revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
How information is used
Nudiya uses information only to operate and improve app functionality, such as:
- showing your learning progress and preferences;
- supporting account and profile features;
- maintaining XP, streaks, goals, and rewards;
- providing reminders you choose to enable; and
- responding to support or privacy requests.
Advertising and sale of data
Nudiya does not sell personal information. Nudiya does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data retention and deletion
Information stored only on your device remains there until it is removed by you, removed by the app, or the app's local data is deleted. If account or cloud features store information outside the device, you may contact Nudiya support to ask about available access or deletion options.
Children's privacy
Nudiya is an educational language-learning app. It is not designed to collect more personal information than is necessary to provide its features. Parents or guardians with privacy questions may contact Nudiya support using the address below.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Nudiya's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
